And why would I need to set up a limited company you ask? 💬

One of the biggest reasons is tax efficiency.

Rental income in your personal name can be taxed at your income tax rate, which for many investors sits at 40% or even 45%. Through a limited company, profits are usually taxed at corporation tax rates of 19%–25%, which can make a significant difference over time.

For investors planning to grow beyond one or two properties, this structure can mean saving thousands in tax and keeping more capital available to reinvest into future deals.

It also creates a cleaner structure for scaling a portfolio long term. 🏡
