Season's greetings from all of us at MAPP. Our thanks go to our clients, occupiers, suppliers and colleagues for making 2025 a remarkable year. In the last 12 months, we continued to build operational harmony across our portfolios, creating better places and better experiences. We are ready for an exciting 2026.

There are moments in our work that stay with us and remind us why we do what we do. Seeing the new sensory pod installed at Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow is one of those moments. It shows the real impact that kindness, commitment and partnership can create.

Thanks to the generous donation from The MAPP Foundation, and our teams, suppliers, occupiers and their visitors in Scotland, this state-of-the-art pod now offers a calming space for young patients who often arrive anxious or overwhelmed. Soft lights, gentle sounds and comforting textures help children feel safer and more supported, especially those who are neurodivergent or have additional support needs.

At MAPP, supporting neurodivergence is something we strive to embed in our practices and culture. Knowing that our partnership can bring even a moment of relief to families during difficult times means a great deal to us.

Our collaboration with (Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity) continues to grow through fundraising efforts and team challenges. We are proud to help support services that bring comfort, joy and hope to families across Scotland.

Together, we are creating change that touches real lives. And we are grateful for every step of that journey.

In less than 24 hours, our peers and many of the most committed people in our sector will gather for the 2025 Estates Gazette Awards. Being shortlisted for both ‘Agency of the Year’ and ‘Future of Real Estate’ is something we value deeply. It reflects the work, thought and care our teams bring to every relationship and every place we look after.

Congratulations to all fellow nominees. Standing alongside organisations shaping the future of our sector is a privilege in itself.

Tomorrow will be a celebration of the work our industry delivers quietly and consistently. Whatever the outcome, we remain grateful for the trust placed in us and for the communities we have the opportunity to serve.

Last night was a standout evening for MAPP, as we took home Consultancy of the Year – Large, at Property Week's ESG EDGE Awards. As a B Corp and an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) we are committed to embedding ESG consistently and authentically across the business. This award reflects that commitment and is a genuine testament to our teams, whose expertise, care and collective effort continue to drive us forward.

The event was an inspiring celebration of innovation, collaboration and progress. We are proud to contribute as a company focused on making a positive and lasting impact.

We were also in excellent company, with MIRA Technology Park receiving the award for Excellence in Habitat Restoration, a well deserved recognition of their dedication to environmental stewardship.

Today we celebrate two years as an Employee Ownership Trust. A milestone rooted in one simple belief: MAPP is at its best when it is shaped and steered by the people who look after our occupiers and clients and live our values every day.

As we turn the final page on our September book drive, we’re truly humbled by the incredible response from our occupiers, their visitors, our contractors and our team across over 50 sites. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, donations soared by nearly 25%, with a grand total of 8,000 much-loved books finding their way to curious young minds.

As Roald Dahl so perfectly puts it, “The books transported her into new worlds and introduced her to amazing people who lived exciting lives.” We couldn’t agree more and we’re delighted to help charity and other local charities open a few of those worlds.

A massive thank you to everyone who took part; you’ve given this story a very happy ending indeed.

16 bridges, 25 km and £3,000 raised. Eleven colleagues from our London office laced up their trainers and took on the Thames Bridges Trek in support of our London charity of the year, MammaKindbabybank.

Starting at Putney Bridge and finishing with a well-earned celebration at Southwark Park, the team crossed some of London's most iconic landmarks, including Westminster, Millennium Bridge and Tower Bridge – all while fundraising for a brilliant cause.

Thanks to the generosity of our colleagues and everyone who donated, we surpassed our original target and raised an incredible £3,000.
