>> Lettings for Tenants – Conducting rental property search, arranging property viewings, preparing tenancy agreements, and negotiating with the landlord.

>> Lettings for Landlords – Finding suitable tenants for the property, arranging property viewings, collecting rent, and full property management services.

>> Property Management Services – We provide two levels of property management – diamond and platinum. The diamond package caters to a number of property management services except for rent collection. On the other hand, the platinum package is a full-service property management solution that covers everything from rent collection to keeping up with the latest regulatory requirements.
