SOLD: the β€˜007’ Chelsea townhouse 🏑✨

AZ Real Estate has successfully exchanged contracts on the sale of 30 Wellington Square β€” a remarkable Grade II listed Chelsea townhouse often recognised as the fictional London residence of James Bond.

Launched by us last summer at an asking price of £6.45M, we secured the buyer in October 2025. However, due to the RBKC cyber attack and the resulting operational delays, the transaction required significant persistence, collaboration and careful navigation from all parties involved 🀝
