Alisa Zotimova is looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented, system-driven Executive & Personal Assistant to support her across business operations and personal logistics.

📍 Fully remote, aligned with UK business hours
⏰ Part-time: approximately 20–25 hours/week across 5 days
🗣 Native or fully fluent Russian + professional English

The role is approximately 70% business administration & operations and 30% personal & family logistics, including inbox and calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, maintaining internal trackers and CRM records, research, invoices and day-to-day administrative support.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely thrives on structure, systems and accuracy — someone highly organised, reliable, confident with Google Workspace and CRM systems, and comfortable following established SOPs and taking ownership of tasks.

Candidates must be based outside the Russian Federation and available during core UK business hours.

According to the data, autumn 2026 is presenting an interesting window for buyers in Prime Central London.

Prices remain 12–18% below historic levels, buyers are currently negotiating an average 8–9% off asking prices, and despite the buyer-friendly conditions, the supply of high-quality properties remains limited.

Sometimes the right property solution isn’t a traditional sale. 🔑

When unexpected personal circumstances meant an overseas client could no longer complete the purchase of an off-plan apartment at Postmark Development, they turned to AZ Real Estate for support.
