We’re on the hunt for a part-time, ad hoc viewing assistant to join our team. If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to meet lots of new people & see amazing properties, then keep reading!
We’re not the type to judge you on your experience, CV, or work history, so don’t worry if you don’t feel you have a background for this, We’re simply looking for someone who will fit in with our team, as our culture and team dynamic are incredibly important to us. Our focus is on finding someone who’ll enjoy the role and focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
As a viewing assistant, you’ll collect keys from the office, give guided tours of properties, snap some cool pics for our social media channels, lock up, and return keys to the office. You’ll also provide feedback from the viewing of the property which we can pass onto the seller, and feedback for us so we can continuously improve our services and make our clients even happier.
Being ad hoc, how many hours per week will vary to begin with. However, by assisting with viewings, you’ll be helping our team to focus on growing the business, which will hopefully lead to a steady flow of viewings in the future.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a valid driving license and access to a car, the flexibility to work mainly weekends and potentially weekdays or evenings (if needed), and the ability to accommodate a varying number of viewings each week. We’re looking for someone who’s ambitious, a great communicator and has a real desire to progress in the industry.
This is an amazing opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge in the property industry. Plus, there’s the potential to earn extra commission through generating valuations or referrals. or even booking viewings yourself and completing registrations. Who knows, this role could lead to a personal agent position in the future!
