Walls were suffering with damp and mould.
Plaster was hacked off back to the render which was solid. A coat of insulating waterproof cork render was applied and then finished with a skim!

Seen often with houses built with thermalite internal blocks, the plaster had shelled and came off in sheets! Blockwork sealed multiple times and hardwall applied with a plaster finish 👍
