Takarunga / Mt Victoria just got a glow-up and the new courts are finished. 🏀

Basketball, tennis, room for the kids, and that view. Plus beautiful cultural design woven through by mana whenua artist Arapeta Hākura.

Grab a ball and get up there this weekend. Devonport, we’re spoiled.

Rangitoto with the kids — easier than you’d think! 🌋

We hopped on the ferry from Devonport and made a day of it. The big surprise? Even with little legs, we reached the summit in just one hour.

The track is well formed, and there are plenty of spots along the way to stop, have a snack, and soak up those harbour views. No need to rush — that’s half the fun.

If you’ve been putting off Rangitoto because you thought it was too much for young kids, this is your sign. Pack a picnic, grab the ferry, and go.

Standing on top of a volcano looking back at Devonport? Worth every step.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that it’s never only about the house.

It’s about people.

The young family searching for more space to grow. The retirees ready to simplify life and embrace a new chapter. The couple taking a leap of faith into something new. The families helping parents navigate a transition that feels both exciting and emotional.

We all find ourselves in different seasons of life. Some seasons are full of growth and possibility. Others require difficult decisions, letting go, or asking for help when the path ahead isn’t entirely clear.

Buying or selling a home often sits right in the middle of these moments.

It’s a privilege to walk alongside people during these significant milestones. To listen to their stories, understand what matters most, help ease the uncertainty, and guide them toward the next chapter with confidence.

The sale of 2/32 Albert Road was one of those special journeys. A reminder that behind every property transaction is a family, a lifetime of memories, and a future waiting to unfold.

Thank you to my wonderful clients for trusting me during this important transition. It was an honour to be part of your story, and I wish you every happiness in the exciting season ahead.

Home is never just a place. It’s where one chapter ends and another begins.
