Project Spotlight: Camp Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland
Horizon provided full surveying services for the successful development at 10 & 12 Camp Road, comprising 14 residential units and associated individual car parking lots.
Our team was involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the initial topographical survey and boundary investigations through to subdivision completion, including land transfer requirements, section 224 certification and issue of new titles.
In addition to the subdivision and cadastral components, Horizon undertook all site surveying and construction-related survey works for the development. This included building set out, siting certification, drainage and infrastructure as-built surveys and ongoing construction survey support throughout the build process.
Working closely with the wider consultant, contractor and client team, we provided coordinated and accurate surveying solutions to support the efficient delivery of this medium-density residential development from start to finish.
