Site Update: The Quietest Luxury.

In this latest Elysian site update, we explore one of the most important yet least visible elements of apartment living: acoustics.

Joining us on site is Shaun King from Marshall Day, New Zealand’s leading acoustic engineering consultancy, who explains how Elysian has been designed to create a calm and peaceful living environment in the heart of Parnell.

From KOROK intertenancy wall systems, through to thermally broken double-glazed joinery, acoustic ceiling insulation and acoustically wrapped hydraulic services, every layer has been considered to minimise noise transfer and maximise comfort.

We also catch up with Kalmar Site Manager Jason Underhay for a construction update as the project continues to advance toward completion in late 2026.
