The buck stops here. When you phone, I answer. If rents need reviewing, I make recommendations. If legislation is changing, I advise on compliance. What’s more, I’ve skin in the game; I’m a property owner myself, so I realise that tenant selection is critical. Porter Property Management’s vetting protocols are strict and comprehensive, including extensive background checks (e.g., reference, credit) and broad online research. This means we may not accept the first people to apply. But we will choose the right tenants to ensure a mutually rewarding relationship – for you and for them. In fact, I’ll give you this guarantee: if your tenant falls into arrears and can’t pay their rent, Porter Property Management will pay it.
