Another great result achieved at 30 Sylvan Crescent, and this one came together by working in conjunction with Edward from Harcourts.

He brought the buyer, we worked together, and the deal got done.

And that’s exactly how I believe real estate should work.

When I list a home, I make it available to agents from every company from day one, with a fair split, because my job is not to protect my own patch. My job is to get the best possible outcome for my client.

Sometimes the right buyer is already working closely with another agent. They trust that person. They listen to them. And if that agent is able and motivated to show them the property, that can make all the difference in getting a deal across the line.

More buyers -> More competition -> More opportunity = Better results for the seller.

To me, that’s the whole point.
