This owner had held this property as an investment, taking advantage of its outstanding location. However, as their investment strategy changed, they decided it was time to sell.
The property had initially been entrusted to an agent from another company. Unfortunately, after around 10 months without achieving the result they were looking for, I was given the opportunity to take over the campaign.

This owner made the decision to sell their well-loved, perfectly sized city apartment as they prepare to relocate to Australia.
We started with a three-week auction campaign, which attracted three registered bidders. However, the bidding did not reach the owner’s desired price, and unfortunately, the auction was unsuccessful.

We then immediately reviewed our strategy and introduced a strategic asking price. This generated several offers, but unfortunately, none reached the owner’s target.

Then, two weeks ago, we received two offers at the same time. One of them reached the owner’s desired price, allowing us to successfully complete the sale.
