In Shawn’s words…
For me, real estate is both personal and practical. A home is where life happens, but it is also one of the most important financial decisions many people will ever make. My role is to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every step.
As a Residential Salesperson with Barfoot & Thompson Parnell, I bring a friendly, patient, and highly trustworthy approach to every client relationship. I believe strong results are built on transparency, integrity, and attention to detail. Whether I am working with a family searching for their next home or an investor reviewing opportunities, I make sure every transaction is handled with care, precision, and clear communication.
Before moving into real estate, I built my career in accounting and banking, working in both China and New Zealand. Most recently, I worked as a financial accountant in the Treasury Team at Heartland Bank. This background gives me a strong understanding of numbers, risk, market trends, and strategic asset decisions, allowing me to provide clients with practical, data-driven insight when it matters most.
I also hold a Bachelor of Business, with a major in Accounting, which supports the analytical approach I take to property, pricing, and investment conversations.
I have been fortunate to achieve strong sales results and positive client feedback, but what matters most to me is that every result represents a successful outcome for the people I work with.
I speak English and Mandarin, and outside of real estate, I am a dedicated fitness enthusiast and self-proclaimed gym rat. Like property, fitness rewards consistency, discipline, and showing up with purpose.
