What a privilege it’s been to help my colleague Sara Knight at the open homes for this magical property at 11 Valley Rd in Mt Eden! Unfortunately for me 🥰 the auction was brought forward and it was sold on Tuesday by pre-auction for $5,900,000, with an opening bid of $5,088,00. As much as I’ll miss spending time at this magnificent residence, I’m thrilled for both the vendors and the purchasers - suffice to say they are both ecstatic. Congratulations to all!🥂🏡

“Auckland Housing Market steady” says Peter Thompson.

April brought a seasonal pause to Auckland’s housing market, with activity easing from March’s peak but remaining steady overall.

"With global uncertainty, fuel costs and broader economic pressures still in the background, conditions favour well-prepared sellers and well-advised buyers,” said Peter Thompson, Managing Director of Barfoot & Thompson.
