It’s a lot more than collecting rent and organising the occasional repair.

Much of the work our Property Management team does happens quietly behind the scenes.

From keeping on top of maintenance and routine inspections, to communicating with tenants, monitoring rent payments, coordinating tradespeople and helping owners navigate their responsibilities, there are plenty of moving parts involved in looking after an investment property.

And often, the best property management is the work you never have to worry about.

August Rental Market Update 🏡

Auckland’s rental market remained steady in August, with rents and available stock holding virtually unchanged while overall activity eased.

There were 22,165 renter enquiries during the month, down 15.3% from July. A total of 588 properties were rented, while applications and viewings also softened.

Despite quieter activity, the average Auckland weekly rent remained stable at $699.00, up just 0.9% compared with August last year. With good availability and slightly less competition, renters have more time to consider their options.

For landlords, well-presented properties priced correctly are still attracting interest, making accurate pricing and presentation more important than ever.
