🏡 What does a Property Manager actually do all day?

Spoiler: it’s not just handing over keys and doing inspections!

A lot of property management happens behind the scenes – coordinating maintenance and trades, following up rent payments, processing applications, preparing tenancy paperwork, communicating with owners and tenants, organising inspections and keeping up with tenancy requirements.

There are a lot of moving parts (and apparently, a lot of computer screens 😂).

It might not be the most glamorous side of property management, but good communication and organisation behind the scenes is what helps keep everything running smoothly.
