Nine years ago, Tom, George and Charles weren't lifelong friends or experienced business partners. They were simply three people with a shared goal: to build financial independence and create something bigger than they could achieve on their own.
The reality? They didn't have everything figured out. They weren't even sure what the business would become.
But they did know one thing: none of them had the skills, experience or resources to do it alone.
So they started small.
Each month, they committed to putting $200 into a shared bank account. It wasn't a huge investment, but it was enough to get started.
That simple commitment became the foundation of what is now TGC Homes.
It's a reminder that every business has a beginning. You don't need all the answersโyou just need the courage to start and the right people beside you.
