Lisa Bartley - Harcourts Real Estate Lisa Bartley is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Consultant for Harcourts Invercargill, specialising in residential real estate.

Team Bartley was originally formed in 2018 when Lisa joined her husband Dave in Real Estate at Harcourts after selling her own successful Hairdressing Salon and moving on from a 30-year career in Hairdressing to Selling Real Estate. This team was not just about a real estate journey though. Dave and Lisa had two children on the journey with them – Olivia and Eli. Olivia was born with Cerebral Pals

y, meaning she was completely dependent on carers. Olivia’s condition inspired Dave to utilize his passion for boxing by pairing up with Steve Boucher to co-found and run the hugely successful charity event ‘Fight for Kidz’ in Invercargill. This magnificent event raised and donated over $800,000 to Southland Children’s charities over the sixteen years it had been held. This family has always been very passionate about supporting the community and truly caring for the people in it. During the early years of their marriage, Dave and Lisa owned eight properties in the Southland region. Being hands-on involved in all of those purchases and sales taught them a lot about the highs and lows of property transactions – the potential pitfalls, the emotions, and the physical moving processes. This experience has built a knowledge base that they use extensively to help their clients navigate their own real estate moves. Sadly, Olivia passed away in 2021, and not long after this, Dave was also given the devastating news that he had terminal cancer. Being eternal battlers, Dave and Lisa forged on with the challenges ahead of them and made the decision to bring on a further team member so that Team Bartley could continue with the commitment to exceptional customer service. In August 2022, Daniel Bond joined the team and started learning the ropes from some of the best in the business. Daniel and Lisa forged a fantastic team and worked closely together to ensure their ongoing commitment and service to their clients. In May 2025, Daniel and his wife Marie decided to make a life change with a move to Australia to be closer to their adult children.
“Team Bartley” has now become “Lisa Bartley Harcourts Real Estate” and Lisa is extremely proud to carry the weight of this history on her shoulders. This was a team where dedication, commitment, passion, confidence, drive, and honesty went without saying. While Dave and Daniel are no longer here to support Lisa in the day-to-day running of the business, she will continue the legacy with the support from the wider Harcourts Invercargill team.
