Originally planned for the Community Housing Provider sector, these twelve homes were built by Miles Construction Ltd at the completion phase, the decision was made to pivot and release the homes to the general market - and earlier this year, the Sold-Out signs went up.

All homes are on Fee Simple titles, have achieved Homestar 6 certification, and are managed via a residents’ society.
