🔨 8 Rongonui Street – officially complete.
🔨 1058 High Street – scaffolding is down on blocks B and C and kitchens are in. Landscaping to kick off next.
🔨 11 Collingwood Street – cladding on across all blocks, and block A's had its paint, plaster and kitchen install. Landscaping underway, with block B's interior fit-out to follow.
🔨 65 Victoria Street – all the roofs and framing are done. Windows, plumbing and electrical are next.
🔨 163 Coutts Street – demolition complete and earthworks are underway. Civil services to start next.
🔨 323 Adelaide Road (build contract) – all earthworks finished, block B foundation is the next stage.

🔨 8 Rongonui Street – landscaping and remedial work all done, code of compliance and settlements next up!
🔨 11 Collingwood Street – GIB's done in block A & roof cladding on for block B, framing complete across the board.
🔨 1058 High Street – plaster complete in block C, block A is framed & windows are in across every block. GIB's going into block B & cladding starts across all blocks next.
🔨 65 Victoria Street – ground floor framing ticked off and scaffolding is up. Framing continues across all blocks, then roofing and cladding to follow.
🔨 163 Coutts Street – our newest site. Demolition 80% complete, earthworks starting next.
