🔨 11 Collingwood Street – exteriors are wrapped on both blocks, the show home is complete and block B's kitchen is going in. Stormwater and decking follow.
🔨 65 Victoria Street – windows are in and GIB is underway. Cladding next.
🔨 163 Coutts Street – earthworks complete. Civil works and services next.
🔨 323 Adelaide Road (build contract) – all earthworks done and block B's foundation is underway. Block A to follow.
