As first home buyers Ruby helped us every step of the way and kept us informed/up to date with the vendor.
Obviously communication goes both ways, and Ruby was very responsive to our questions, even helping us with a private viewing pretty late in the evening.
From that point, we put in our offer the day after and everything flowed seamlessly.
