Promises kept, expectations exceeded.

When Mt Cardrona Station first launched, we shared a vision for what this place could become, a world-class alpine resort community shaped around lifestyle, landscape and a long-term sense of belonging.

Four years on, that vision is no longer just something on paper.

The Homestead has been delivered and recognised with architectural awards. The trail network has grown beyond what was originally promised. Homes are taking shape across the station, and a community of owners is beginning to form around a shared love of the outdoors.

The Crown Range connects Queenstown and Wānaka by way of Cardrona, winding through one of the most spectacular alpine landscapes in the country.

For those coming to Mt Cardrona Station, it’s a fitting introduction to this part of the world. Winding your way through the hills, taking in the big views, and the feeling of leaving the rush behind as you make your way into the valley.

It’s certainly a special road to call your way home.
