It’s official — Tank Juice JThree Parks is now open, and it looks AMAZING! 🤩

You’ll find Tank Juice on Sir Tim Wallis Drive, Three Parks Wanaka close to Pizza Hut and St Pierre’s. 👀

The exterior signage due this week, so keep an eye out — you won’t miss them! 🙌 (They are open now though)

🎉 A big day for Wānaka! 🎉

We broke ground today on the new Woolworths Wānaka, marking the official start of construction! 🚧🏗️

This is an exciting step forward for the wider Wānaka community, bringing even more choice and convenience to locals and visitors alike.

We’re pleased to have Cook Brothers Construction on board as the main contractor, and we’re really looking forward to watching this project take shape over the coming months.

There’s plenty to look forward to as we work towards opening the doors — we can’t wait to see it all come together! 🛒🎉

🚧 Three Parks is booming! 🚧

The transformation continues...

🏗️ The new retail building beside Mitre 10 Mega Wanaka is rapidly nearing completion by the team at CDL Building, with several quality tenants already lined up, it is set to open later in 2026.

🏢 Just around the corner, we have another brand-new bulk retail building starting to take shape with Cook Brothers Construction, with the first concrete tilt slab panels already standing tall.

There are 'Bulk Retail tenancies' available so contact Mark Pittaway at Willowridge Developments for information.

🍟 And the highly anticipated McDonalds Wanaka is coming together fast by McIntosh Group, with the main structural framing now standing.
