Many will say that What Box? is about advanced, creative deal structuring.

Many will say it's about structure stacking, advanced strategies, and hard-money lending.

They are correct. But the thing is, when you boil What Box? down to its essence, it's simply about learning how to better help people solve their real estate problems.
