Signet Real Estate Group delivered the Emory Proton Treatment Center in Midtown Atlanta, a complex healthcare facility supporting advanced cancer treatment in an urban medical district.

Located adjacent to Emory University Hospital Midtown, the project includes five proton therapy rooms, treatment planning suites, MRI/CT capabilities, street-level retail, and structured parking.

Signet provided full development services including land acquisition, entitlements, project and construction management, and coordination with Varian Medical Systems for equipment installation.
