The May numbers are in for single-family homes, and each neighborhood is moving to its own beat! Here is your quick look at what’s happening in Alameda, Oakland, and Berkeley:
📍 Alameda: A buzzing month! The median price reached $1.55M (+9.2%) with a big +24% boost in closed sales. 📈
📍 Oakland: Median price jumped to $1.25M—a massive +25% increase YoY. Fewer homes sold (-7.6%), but buyer demand drove prices way up.

📍 Berkeley: Median price hit $1.6M. Sales surged by +12% YoY, but homes are still flying off the market in a swift 14 days! ⚡
