J & L were relocating from out of state to be closer to family in the East Bay. I met them at an open house, and from the very beginning, they knew exactly what they were looking for: epic views.

We toured quite a few homes before finally finding the one. They fell in love with this house and its incredible outlook, so we put together a thoughtful strategy and went for it.

The escrow that followed was not without its challenges. Communication took some extra work, and there were definitely a few moments that required patience, persistence, and a lot of follow-through. But we stayed focused on getting our clients to the finish line, and we did just that.

Last week, J & L got the keys. 🔑 And now, that view is all theirs.

So happy for these two as they begin this next chapter closer to family. ❤️
