A new chapter begins for GAAR & SWMLS!

We are excited to welcome Kendra Murray as the next Chief Executive Officer of GAAR and SWMLS. With more than 20 years of REALTOR® association management and MLS experience, Kendra brings a strong background in organizational leadership, strategic planning, member engagement, and industry advocacy.

Kendra will officially begin her tenure in Albuquerque on Monday, October 12, working alongside both Boards of Directors, staff, members, Participants, and Subscribers to build on the success of both organizations.

From the boardroom to the boxing ring. 🥊🔥

GAAR Past President Chris Shain Tanner is headlining the 2026 CREDA New Mexico Fight Night, facing Billy Lehman, commercial real estate broker with RESOLUT RE.

With years of Muay Thai experience behind him, Shain is no stranger to combat sports. Now, he’s training at Jackson Wink MMA Academy and getting ready to represent GAAR in one of New Mexico’s most unique real estate industry events.
