July stats! As mortgage rates stay where they are and fail to come down and with added inflationary pressures of fuel and other items, buyers aren’t entering the market at the pace we’d normally expect. Houses are definitely lingering in many markets and prices are stagnant or coming down.
You may notice we don’t post stats on cities of Aledo, Willow Park, etc. That’s because the actual incorporated areas are quite small and the monthly stats can give a skewed picture of the market. If you’d like a picture of what’s happening in your area though, we can do that!
