Two accomplishments I am most proud of; graduating from Iowa State University and completing the Fire Science Academy at Des Moines Area Community College.

Each took a fair amount of time, pushed me mentally (and physically), and challenged my potential. In the end, I know each helped me become a better man personally & professionally.

This weekend I am proud to show off what I earned from each; a fancy piece of paper and a unique challenge coin which honors the 343 firefighters who lost their lives 25 years ago. 🇺🇸

Incredibly thankful for the opportunity to assist Jeremy & Chelle on the purchase of their new home in Boone, IA!! The empty nesters came through a referral from one of our Realty ONE Group agents out in western Iowa. It didn't take long for them to decide on the perfect home, and make an offer.

GREAT NEWS!!!

Today, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced the acceptance of 2.2 million acres into the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) for 2026. Enrollments include the General, Continuous and Grassland CRP programs, and will help bolster agriculture, wildlife habitat, hunting opportunities and rural communities throughout the upland range and beyond.
