CLOSING DAY… but what does that mean?
As a reminder, “closing day” means a property was marketed well enough to bring a buyer to have interest, an offer was made, negotiations likely took place, the seller accepted, paperwork was done by many parties, title work was completed, deed documents were prepared, all parties signed when & where necessary, and finally those documents attached to that property were reviewed and ownership was transferred.
Sounds easy, right? … Well, it is a great feeling to reach “closing day” because so many things could go wrong at any time prior to that day. And, in order to claim to be successful, you MUST reach that day.
Today is that day for us again.
