They’re terms you hear all the time in real estate - but they don’t all mean the same thing.

After 12 years in real estate, I decided to take the next step in my career and earn my Michigan Broker license. Today, I’m an Associate Broker with Reinhart while also holding my Individual Broker license - something most people don’t realize is possible in Michigan.

And honestly, most consumers don’t know there are different levels of real estate licensure at all… so I thought I’d break it down. ➡️

A higher license doesn’t automatically make someone the right agent for you. Experience, communication, negotiation skills, market knowledge and having someone who knows how to navigate the unexpected all matter.

But I’m incredibly proud to bring 12 years of experience, 7 years of President’s Club recognition and broker-level education and licensure to every transaction and every client I represent.
