Thinking about moving to Anne Arundel County?

Most videos about living here focus on waterfront restaurants, cute downtown areas, and weekend plans — and yes, that’s part of why people love it here. But I also like talking about the practical side of everyday life.

GROCERIES
Depending on where you live, you’ll likely be close to stores like Giant, Safeway, Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s in Annapolis. I also love local spots like Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville for baked goods, plants, and local products.

SCHOOLS
Anne Arundel County has a variety of public and private school options, and every area feels a little different depending on the lifestyle you want.

AIRPORT + COMMUTE
BWI is incredibly convenient from many parts of the county, plus you’re within reach of DC, Baltimore, and the Eastern Shore.

One thing people don’t always realize is how different daily life can feel depending on where you live in Anne Arundel County. Some areas feel more waterfront and laid back, while others are closer to shopping, restaurants, and commuter routes.
