There’s market research, preparation, continuing education, contract knowledge, follow up, problem solving, and a whole LOT of work that never makes it on the internet.

You see a house you love online. You drive by. You see the sign… and suddenly you’re calling a stranger when your realtor (who has spent weekends, evenings, so much time showing you houses) is literally one text away??? The betrayal is insane 😆

For real - if you’re already working with an agent, call your agent first. Let them get the details, ask the questions and help you navigate what comes next. (and if I am not your agent, please do not blow up my phone when your agent isn’t answering. Give them some time. They’ll get back to you. ❤️)

I love these flameless candles. I have an assortment of
