Every transaction is different, and there are always unexpected turns and twists. But every once in a while, God gifts you with some dream clients. The kind of clients who are on top of everything, respond quickly, and make you want to offer them an administrative job after the deal is done. 😂

And when I say God gifted them, I mean it. Sheila and Scott didn’t come from a marketing campaign or a networking event, but through a referral from a good friend and investing partner. That friend trusted me to take care of them, and I’m incredibly grateful for that confidence.

Not only did we help them sell their current home, but we also had the privilege of helping them purchase the next one. Getting to walk alongside clients through both sides of the journey is always special, and seeing everything come together at the closing table makes all the hard work worth it.
