Thanks for stopping by my page, I’m excited to tell you a little bit about myself and hopefully help you find your new home in our beautiful corner of Southwest Florida! I’ve lived all around the country from California to the Keys and have found the best of small town charm, beautiful beaches and world class fishing in Charlotte County. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from

the University of Florida, I married my best friend Steve Gant and joined his family in the Real Estate business at Gant Realty, Inc. I was fortunate to learn from Steve, a CCIM commercial Realtor and MAI appraiser and his father, Don Gant, a leader in the industry since 1971. I took some time off in the mid 2000’s to raise my two boys and am happy to return to Riverside Realty Services, LLC. My knowledge of the market covers all types of residential property from vacant land to new construction to estate style acreage homes. I also had the opportunity to custom build two personal homes and many new construction homes in the speculative markets. I am happy to say that each of the speculative homes was sold before they were completed. Let’s face it, buying a new home is not something you do every day and it can be overwhelming! Working as a Broker Salesperson in an independent Real Estate office, I am able to be personally accessible to my clients at all times. Handling every aspect of the transaction, from working with appraisers, inspectors, contractors, insurance, to closing agents to make the entire process the exciting experience it should be! When not working, Steve and I can be found on the water with our two sons enjoying all the salt life has to offer; boating, fishing, snorkeling, paddle board and kayaking.
