What actually changes your life is usually not what happens in the big moment, but what you decide to keep doing after it.
I recently went to Austin for a real estate conference with some very incredible women.
Three full days of learning, conversations, and gaining a lot of perspective. I left feeling inspired, but what has stayed with me most did not actually happen during the conference itself.
After the conference last year, a few of us made a simple commitment to meet every Monday. No skipping, no excuses. At the time, it felt small, almost easy to brush off as something we would “try.”
Now, a year later, I can see how much that one decision has shaped everything. The way I show up in my business is different. The way I think through problems is sharper. Even the way I handle challenges feels more steady.
It is easy to feel motivated for a few days. It is a lot harder to stay consistent for a year. But that is where everything actually starts to shift.
Back home now, back to the routine, and genuinely grateful for the people who make that kind of consistency possible.
