🎉🏡 Today, I get to congratulate MYSELF — I’m officially a HOMEOWNER! 🔑❤️

And in true Latroshia fashion, I didn’t do it the “traditional” way. 😂

I moved into this home last year, and somewhere along the way I made the decision: I’m going to buy this house. Today, that decision became official. I CLOSED! 🙌🏾

My journey into real estate wasn’t traditional, and neither was my journey to homeownership. But that’s exactly why I understand that everybody’s path doesn’t look the same. Sometimes you just need the right people around you who know how to get you to the finish line.

A HUGE thank you to my transaction coordinator, Latashia Lowery Huff, for always seeing the deal through and keeping everything moving.
