CP Group is moving forward with a major master plan to reimagine Buckhead’s largest office complex, turning the 2.2-million-square-foot Piedmont Center Piedmont Center into a vibrant 18-hour destination.

The firm plans to add six new retail buildings along Piedmont Road, convert four existing buildings into medical office space, and invest approximately $1 million in campus-wide wayfinding and traffic safety improvements.

Designed alongside architecture firm Smallwood, the vision introduces an internal private drive, valet parking, 480 new trees, and curated art to create a walkable village environment.

Alpharetta’s City Council has officially voted 4-3 to advance developer Jamestown’s Jamestown master plan transformation of North Point Mall North Point Mall .

The ambitious proposal outlines a massive mixed-use district modeled after The Battery The Battery Atlanta , featuring 750,000 square feet of office space, 565,000 square feet of dining and retail, 26 acres of public parks, and a proposed arena aimed at landing an NHL franchise.

While funding relies on a Tax Allocation District projected to generate up to $280 million for public improvements, key components—like 1,385 rental units—remain contingent on the NHL actually coming to metro Atlanta.
