August pending sales fell by nearly 30% compared to August 2025, active listings are up 3%, and condos are seeing inventory levels we haven’t seen in close to 15 years. Mortgage rates remain above 7% as Treasury yields hit their highest point since the early 2000s.

A beautiful evening came together for some special friends and clientele of mine. A star studded pair, Michelin star chef of the Chastain Christopher Grossman, and top sommelier/ owner of Perrine Prieur put on an unforgettable evening.

Seven course meal paired with the perfect wines. My personal favorite dish was White Asparagus Vichyssoise paired with a South African Chenin Blanc. However, I’m still thinking about the Summerstone Oyster.
