A beautiful evening came together for some special friends and clientele of mine. A star studded pair, Michelin star chef of the Chastain Christopher Grossman, and top sommelier/ owner of Perrine Prieur put on an unforgettable evening.

Seven course meal paired with the perfect wines. My personal favorite dish was White Asparagus Vichyssoise paired with a South African Chenin Blanc. However, I’m still thinking about the Summerstone Oyster.
