Another big change is coming to Southeast Austin.

Amazon recently announced plans for a new robotics manufacturing facility at Dog’s Head, a 2,600+ acre development near SH 130, Hwy. 183, and the airport.
And Amazon is only one piece of it. Plans for the area include thousands of homes along with retail, office space, hospitality, trails, and open space.

Southeast Austin has been seeing more development for years, but a project of this size is worth paying attention to. More jobs, more housing, and more investment could mean some pretty significant changes for this part of Austin over the next several years.

Definitely one to watch!
