Austin's July market didn't slow down for the summer heat.🔥 Last month's numbers show real year-over-year movement. Closings were up 4.4%, active listings dropped 9.9%, and sellers closed in on asking price at 93.7%, compared to 93.0% last July.

Some of that is timing — every month tells a slightly different story depending on the time of year, and July is a good example. What it adds up to: a market that's stable, with room for both buyers and sellers, but not one you can move through on autopilot.
