She filtered recommended homes with a custom search, and then spent an entire day driving me to see homes in my desired neighborhoods. Once I selected a home, Kristi expertly navigated me through the purchase process and connected me with all the agencies I needed to get my loan approved, insurance secure and title signed out of state. Because the home I purchased is older, Kristi ensured I had additional inspections done, saving me tens of thousands of dollars in repairs that needed to be done before the option period ended. She was fearless in negotiating with the sellers agent when she identified issues that needed to be addressed. I am over- the- moon happy about my new home. Kristi is an absolute rockstar, and I would be happy to recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

Three full days at Founders Day with my Magnolia Realty family ❤️

So much fun, a lot of laughs, and a lot of time spent with great people. We loved getting to be part of such a special local event.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello. It meant a lot to connect, catch up, and meet new faces.

This community is something special, and weekends like this remind me why I love being here.
