So excited for these buyers and this next chapter!

One of the greatest honors in my business is when wonderful friends trust me enough to refer the people they care about. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to help the Stevenson family find their perfect fit.

We first connected back in January and put together a game plan: get their townhome sold (with multiple offers šŸ™Œ) and then start the search for what was next. Once this one hit the market, we knew it was the one.

A smart strategy, good timing, and a little patience led to everything falling into place exactly how it was supposed to—with them securing the home at list price.

And can we talk about that backyard?! Walking distance to the Edmonds Bowl, sunsets for days, and a deck made for summer evenings.

Very grateful for these sellers continued trust in me on making things happen for them! We came up with a game plan, they took my advice, did the right prep work, and it paid off in a big way.

Busy open houses, multiple strong buyers, 4 offers… and we closed nearly $70K over list price ✨

In what can feel like a more balanced late spring/early summer market, this was such a good reminder that strategy still matters. Prep matters. Presentation matters. Pricing matters. There’s no ā€œjust list it and sit backā€ right now — we made it happen.

There’s something really special about being trusted with the people your past clients and friends care about šŸ¤

I was referred to this wonderful family by past clients/friends, and honestly… that never gets lost on me. We first connected last August and built a game plan around their timing — not rushing, not forcing anything, just making thoughtful moves that made sense for their family and next chapter.

Once we got them into their new home, we shifted gears and went to work preparing their previous home for the market. They trusted my advice every step of the way and it showed. Before moving out, they tackled the important things, and once vacant we fine-tuned everything — painting, roof & gutter cleaning, power washing, carpet cleaning, crawl space work, deep cleaning, touch-ups throughout, fresh soft white bulbs everywhere… all the little details that truly matter.

Offer review day came and we received a beautiful offer ✨ Closed just two weeks later.
