ervice is a deep-rooted action that I have strived to instill in almost every part of my life since I was a kid. Whether it was throughout high school, college, or any of my careers, I have always made it a priority to search out ways that I felt were a calling for me to serve. For five years, I helped middle and high school students reach their highest potential on their instrument of choice in the marching and concert band setting. I now infuse my former love of teaching into my real estate career by helping members of the Charlotte, Lake Norman, and South Carolina community successfully navigate the home buying and home selling process with ease. My journey in real estate began with a clear purpose: to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families looking for a home. I am a native North Carolinian, having spent most of my life living in Jacksonville, NC, before moving to the Charlotte area in the summer of 2014. My time living here has allowed me to become familiar with the diverse neighborhoods, market trends, and emerging opportunities that make this area so vibrant. I have served as a board member with the Carolinas LGBT Chamber of Commerce, giving back to the LGBT community through the planning and implementation of 36 lunch and learn events over the years. Professionally, I have also served on numerous committees within our local and state REALTOR® associations, one of my favorite being the Canopy Housing Foundation, where we continuously strive to meet unmet housing needs and advocate for fair and affordable housing standards and practices in Mecklenburg, Iredell, and Haywood counties of North Carolina. The reason I have a strong passion for service is because I feel we all have been given our own special talents and unique gifts.
