I’m proud to call Bend, Oregon home, but I grew up just 20 miles down the road in the small town of Sisters. That small-town upbringing taught me the value of hard work, honesty, and treating folks like family—values I carry into every loan I help close. I met my wife, Megan, while studying International Business and Operations Supply Chain Management at Gonzaga University. Today, we’re raising our two boys, Parker and Hudson, and soaking up the best of Central Oregon—whether it’s skiing in the winter, hunting in the fall, or heading to the lake in the summer. A seller credit doesn’t always have to go toward closing costs. In some cases, it can be used to buy down your interest rate and lower your monthly mortgage payment. 🏡
