Get your chicken wing fix at one of the Pac NW’s most iconic wing restaurants; Fire on The Mountain. 🔥

👉🏻 Founded in Portland in 2005, Fire on the Mountain built a loyal following around its buffalo wings, house-made sauces, and laid-back neighborhood atmosphere before expanding to Denver and opening its Bend location in 2023. 💯

While the buffalo wings 🍗 are the star of the show, their menu offers plenty of reasons to explore beyond the classics. Welcome to the neighborhood, Furnish Hope 💛🏡✨

We’re proud to officially welcome this incredible nonprofit to the Bend Central District—an organization rooted in compassion, dignity, and real, tangible impact 🤝❤️
📍Their newest space is located right next to Bi-Mart, and they are in the process of finishing the remodel.

Furnish Hope works to transform empty spaces into homes 🛋️➡️🏠 by providing essential furniture and household items to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness, crisis, or hardship. It’s about more than furnishings—it’s about stability, comfort, and a fresh start 🌱✨

And that impact was on full display at their annual CHAIRitable event last week ✨🪑🎨

👉🏻 Around 300 Furnish Hope supporters gathered at their new property—filling the space with energy, connection, and a shared belief in what’s possible ⚡️🤍 While the building is still in transformation, it radiated something powerful: warmth, purpose, and the promise of all it will become 🔨➡️🌟

Together, the community raised over $365,000 💰🙌—expanding what’s possible for the year ahead and the families they serve ❤️

CHAIRitable brings together local artists and makers to reimagine chairs into one-of-a-kind pieces 🪑🎨—all auctioned to support Furnish Hope’s mission. Creative, impactful, and deeply rooted in community 🎉🤝

A huge congrats to one of the Central District’s most popular food carts; , just named Rookie Food Cart of the Year in the 2026 Restaurant Guide by the 🏆 🇩🇴🍠

👉🏻 Behind the cart is Robert and Trisha De Los Santos, bringing Caribbean-inspired flavors and a deep-rooted tradition of hospitality shaped by his upbringing in the Dominican Republic—where a meal is always ready for whoever walks through the door.
