Congress just passed the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act — the most significant housing legislation to clear Congress in nearly 20 years. It now heads to the President's desk for signature.

This bipartisan package combines nearly 50 individual housing proposals addressing housing supply, affordability, financing, zoning, workforce development, fair housing, and property rehabilitation — real, practical steps toward tackling the housing shortage.
