BEND REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE Q2 2026

The Bend real estate market started off strong in early 2026 and that momentum continued through the second quarter. Compared to last year, both pending sales and closed transactions are up 10% while the number of active listings fell 19%. Inventory has continued to rise, and the number of active listings is now back to levels we haven’t seen since 2018, just before the pandemic caused a sharp drop in available homes. What’s different today is the pace of sales.
