🚨 Never Skip the Home Inspection!

I know… you found the house. ❤️
You’re excited. You’re ready to make it yours. And the last thing you want to do is spend money on an inspection.

But please don’t skip it.

A home inspection can uncover issues that aren’t obvious during a showing, from electrical and plumbing concerns to roofing, HVAC, foundation, or moisture problems.

An inspection isn’t about finding a "perfect" house because those don’t exist. 😉 It’s about knowing what you’re buying so you can make an informed decision before you close.

And here’s the big one: an inspection can potentially save you thousands of dollars and a whole lot of headaches down the road.

💡 My advice? Hire a qualified inspector, attend the inspection if you can, and ask questions. Your future self will thank you!

Online home-value estimates can be a helpful starting point, but they don’t know the whole story.
