We met C&N at an open house, as they were looking to relocate from the South Bay to the East Bay with two kids in tow. We considered many homes, looking at not only the condition of the home, but broader lifestyle considerations, including seismic and fire zones. Along the way came baby number three, which made it more challenging to come across the Bay to tour homes. The reality was that their lives were established in the South Bay, so after considering their options in the East Bay and comparing values, they decided to keep their focus more local, and we were help able to help them land their perfect starter home.
