My First Summit at Sea ♥️

Just Last Week at this time, I was leaving a ship I spent 4 days on - surrounded by some of the most extraordinary people on the planet. (First cruise of my life)

At Summit at Sea - 2,000+ founders, creatives, investors, and thought leaders gathered for four immersive days of connection, wellness, and expansion.

And I’m still feeling the HIGH.

Mornings in Vinyasa… nights filled with comedy and unexpected fun… and in between, powerful wellness talks and meaningful conversations.

I was present. Fully unplugged.
And what stood out most - the HUMAN connection.

Strangers greeting each other with hugs… conversations that went deep instantly… moments that left me with clarity and inspiration.

Some Experiences Don’t Just Inspire You… They Shift You.

Hearing Diana Nyad speak at Summit at Sea today was one of the most powerful moments I’ve experienced.

At 76, she took the stage and completely captivated the room!

After a 30-year break, she returned in her 60s with one goal: Swim from Cuba to Key West - over 80 hours in open water.

Something NO human ever accomplished. Wow….

She failed.
She tried again.
Even after a deadly box jellyfish attack… she refused to quit.

And then…. she did it.

What stayed with me most wasn’t just the accomplishment…
It was her refusal to let anyone define her limits - especially because of age.

That kind of conviction hits differently.

I left inspired, emotional, and reminded:
It’s never too late to go after something that matters.

Now I’m looking forward to watching Nyad starring Jodie Foster.
